Greg Bibeau - Managing Director
Bibeau adds more than 15 years of IT Management to Terminal B. His experience has primarily been in leveraging technology as both a client and a vendor in rapidly growing businesses. Prior to joining Terminal B, Greg was the Vice President of Operations for Primus Networks, Inc. At Primus Networks, Bibeau was responsible for overseeing the technology consulting, delivering services IT infrastructure services to clients as well as the overall operations of the firm. Bibeau has also executed research and market analysis as an independent consultant for small and medium sized businesses. He is knowledgeable about IT Consulting as a result of his technology initiatives over his tenure as General Manager for organizations such as the Austin Theatre Alliance, the Paramount Theatre, and the Iron Horse Entertainment Group.
Bibeau holds a BS in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin.
Alex Vidal - Director of Client Services
Vidal brings over 25 years of progressive experience in IT management to Terminal B. During this time he has been responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure support for clients ranging from 5-500 employees, as well as directly administering single instances of Microsoft Exchange for over 500 international users. Most recently he served as Director of Client Services for Primus Networks, Inc. While at Primus Networks Alex oversaw all technology consulting provided to clients. Previously, Vidal managed IT consulting projects and IT management as a systems/network administrator for the country's largest underground storage tank testing and compliance management company, Tanknology International. Other distinguished companies Alex has worked for include Locale Systems, Motorola, Crystal, and Cirrus Semiconductor.
Vidal has served honorably in the United States Army and has an AAS Degree in Electronic Engineering Technologies from ITT Technical Institute.
